The best thing about Six Pack in 30 Days is that it comes with three different ab routines, each with its own objective. The objective of the first (and most basic) is to reduce belly fat, while the objectives of the second and third are to start strengthening your abdominal muscles.
To reach your objectives, the app provides a series of exercises accompanied by their own graphic illustrations. On each day, you have to strictly follow the specific list of exercises. This list will take you about a half hour to complete. And once again, it's completely necessary to accompany these exercises with a good diet.
